Lacrosse, much like soccer, is a sport that combines all the ingredients of athleticism as near equally as any sport. What do we mean? Lacrosse athletes need everything. Speed, agility, power, endurance, strength, durability. . . you name it and a successful Lacrosse athlete must require it.  At Athletic Republic, our training creates greater improvements in all these aspects then our competitors can provide.
